Noreen\’s kitchen: quick tip, baked sausage for quick breakfasts

Greetings! Since I got a smokin’ deal on breakfast sausage at my local grocery store when I purchased a “Meal Deal” for $5.99 for breakfast sausage, OJ, Biscuits and eggs, I thought I would give this a try. I love to buy breakfast sausage from Schwans home service, but they recently closed their distribution center in my area and now if I want it, I have to order online and have it delivered to my house in a cooler, packed with dry ice. I don’t want to pay the shipping, so I am trying to bake the sausage and then package it in sandwich bags to be heated up per serving. This turned out very well and now I will be doing this on a regular basis. This will be great on busy mornings to go along with the pancakes I make and keep in the freezer. Heat them up together in the microwave and you have a quick wholesome breakfast that you have cooked yourself. Give this a try! I know you will love it for its convenience. Happy Eating…

Chef Jason Hill of and the Chef Tips app on iTunes (http shares his recipe for baked egg souffle, or baked eggs in a muffin tin. These oven baked eggs with spinach, feta cheese and bacon are made in muffin tins, making it the perfect brunch or breakfast recipe. Please note that this is not a traditional French souffle, which calls for the whites being mixed with the yolks. This is inspired by the Panera Bread egg souffle recipe. Hope you enjoy it! Phoebe\’s best baking tip of the day

When she was still working with me, Phoebe and I would hang out forever in the kitchen long after we should have gone to bed talking about ridiculous things. She would make all kinds of creations like banana chocolate chip muffins with apple sauce and cookies. We even made Kale Chips one night which I think I should do a tutorial on it they were so good. While she cooked I would film random moments. I thought her tip was really cool and helpful. I didn’t have anything else ready for you guys so enjoy the week and I will get into making new creations soon. FTC: We bought all the products shown or talked about in this video. No one paid us for our opinions, our opinions are our own!…
